Phoqus Pharmaceuticals Group Ltd today announces that Dr. Edwin Moses, will become Non Executive Chairman when the current Non Executive Chairman, Joe Blaker, stands down after a five-year term.

Phoqus has entered into a strategic licensing agreement with Cardinal Health, Inc. that will allow Phoqus' current and future pharmaceutical company partners to bring drugs to market faster using Cardinal Health's proven expertise in commercialising novel drug delivery technologies.
